Boys And Girls!! How To Be Better In The Bedroom? According To A SexologistMarch 10, 2018
Nowadays, sexual performance shortcomings are unbearable and it is obvious. GQ magazine asked Psychologist and Sexologist Dr Marelize Swart, PhD, how to improve or get better in the bedroom?
According to Sexologist, foreplay does not start in the bedroom, it starts from the very moment we open our eyes. Yes, you read it right! Treat your partner lovingly throughout the day.
Foreplay should happen every time
Swart said: “You wouldn’t put your car into 4thgear directly from 1st would you? No, the car would stall. So don’t take your partner for a “ride” without a warm up first, by running through all gears.”
This is something very important, “The Big Three: the kiss, chest, and genitals, are key to sexual enjoyment. Don’t neglect them. Five minutes into lovemaking, you should still be kissing your partner and getting cosy, not getting up to take a shower.”
How to use your finger?
Use your finger but in a proper way. “Take cues from physical feedback: especially signs of both pleasure and discomfort (and keep in mind that there are many people who do not enjoy being fingered).”
Swart told that If you are having anal sex with your partner, it requires a bit of preparation (and lots of lube). It shouldn’t be something you suggest to do with your partner at the moment – discuss it first.
