Out of the numerous questions, the most common one was whether the actress had undergone any kind of cosmetic surgeries in the past. In response to such a question, she has staunchly denied undergoing any kind of cosmetic surgeries. Have you had any surgery for aesthetics?” a follower asked. “Nope,” Ileana replied with a scrunched face as the background image. In the past, the actress has often spoken about her insecurities relating to her physical appearance. In an interview, she revealed how it has been a difficult phase of her life in accepting herself physical and that she has been working on it quite frequently.

I have been working out a lot at the time, keeping myself healthy, physically and mentally.” In her Instagram post, she had written: “I’ve always worried about how I looked. I’ve worried my hips are too wide, my thighs too wobbly, my waist not narrow enough, my tummy not flat enough, my boobs not big enough, my butt too big, my arms too jiggly, nose not straight enough, lips not full enough….. I’ve worried that I’m not tall enough, not pretty enough, not funny enough, not smart enough, not ‘perfect’ enough.”

All these incidents cover up her whole anxiety which is related to the physical appearance that she holds. Upon being so sensitive about this aspect, we can understand how hard it’d have been on her part to answer people who have been constantly attacking her with allegations of undergoing any cosmetic surgery to enhance her looks. However, the modest actress came up with a pleasing way to deal the pressure and single-handedly managed to curb the sceptical questions by simply denying it while attaching a cute picture of hers by the side. Apart from questions on cosmetic surgeries, the beautiful actress also received questions related to her past relationships, upcoming projects and family.

Although she was targeted on a high note by the so called beauty analyst, yet we saw the mature side of the celebrity and the easy way she adopted to reply to such trolls, which is just one word.
