The process is desert greening technique. At present, Wangchuk is working to build up a university. This will enable interested students from Ladakh and other neighboring areas to seek solutions for different challenges of the world. The university will be with an area of 65 hectares. This land was donated by a village in Ladakh to help in developing the university.
