South Indian actress who made her position strong in Bollywood with a blockbuster movie Pink, recently her film Naam Shabana released The actress who plays a very challenging role had to put in extra effort in order to give realistic touch to her character. Sources suggest that in order to get a lean and fine physique, Taapsee went on special diet and followed her workout six times a week to make Naam Shabana her best movie in Bollywood. Taapsee’s workout was quite a tough one. On Monday’s she use to do some cardio and warm up for 15 minutes after which she switched to full body workout. Most of it was jump squats, push ups and planks. She also did some mountain climbers and crunches later on to improve her strength. Her workout had three sets in total and the actress made sure she was smashing them all!
