Second Innings? ‘Lal Dupatte Wali’ Actress Ritu Shivpuri Is Back With a Stunning Photoshoot

Those who love the good ‘Ol 90s would remember Ritu Shivpuri who debuted in Bollywood with David Dhawan’s ‘Aankhen’ also starring Govinda and Chunky Pandey. This fiery female might have remained in anonymity for the longest time but now she is back and looks like she is ready for her second innings. Ritu Shivpuri recently graced the cover of a popular magazine and it goes without saying that she rocked as a cover girl.
Back when the film was released, Ritu was all of 17 and had garnered a lot of attention for her sizzling on screen presence. She had become popular as ‘Lal dupatte wali’. However, over the years she could not retain that popularity and faded away from the media’s eye.
After ‘Aankhen’ she also did films like ‘Aar ya paar (1997), Hadh kar Di Aapne (2000), Lajja (2001), and Shakti The Power (2002). More recently she was also seen in Anil Kapoor’s TV series 24’s season 2 in the role of a doctor. Ritu is fairly popular on social media also with more than 3 lakh followers. Ritu keeps posting her bikini, travel and other interesting pictures which keeps the followers glued.
