Rajesh Khanna, who was referred to as the “first superstar” and the “original superstar” of Indian cinema died on 18 July 2012, at his bungalow, Aashirwad, in Mumbai after battling cancer for a long time. He was 69. After his death his co-star Mumtaz said that Khanna was suffering from cancer for the duration of the prior year and had undergone chemotherapy sessions.
Bollywood superstar Rajesh Khanna passed away after a long fight with cancer in 2011. His last film Riyasat released in 2014, which means, unfortunately, the actor died before seeing his last movie!
