Q What’s her routine in Mumbai like?

It’s quite a regular routine. She goes to pick my son from his school. They both have lunch together she also sees to it that he follows his schedule and does his studies.

Q As a kid do you remember visiting the film sets with you mother and seeing her perform?

Well I would travel with her outdoors but have never been to her film set. I was very young and she was shooting in Kashmir. A lot of kids had accompanied their parents like Abhishek and Shweta had come with Amitabh Bachchan and even Karisma and Kareena had come with Randhir Kapoor. They were shooting for Kasme Vaade (1978). We all hung out together and ate together. My mom is famous for cooking and treating the cast and crew on the sets. She does it at least once. And I remember how she took charge at the hotel’s kitchen as a chef and cooked food for all of us.
