The director of ‘Jolly LLB’ was accused of molestation by a journalist turned actress Geetika Tyagi. However, she did not file a case against him as she didn’t have sufficient evidence and also because his wife pleaded her not to take the case in public as it would defame them and ruin their son’s future. However, Geetika recorded a video of Subhash confessing to the crime in front of his wife and uplaoded it on youtube.
