The yummy mommy likes to see her kids enjoy their food and tries to give them a variety of food options, which are not just healthy but tasty as well. She has taught her kids to identify hygienic places and choose healthy food.
To prevent binge eating and junk food craving, she ensures they do not go a long time without eating.
“There’s always a special sauce with a dish. I even try and add new ingredients to the food so that it becomes tastier. (I also) serve meals only at the dining table and make sure he doesn’t eat alone or while watching television,” says Malaika.
