Another of those celeb mommies who is all about a healthy lifestyle is Karisma Kapoor. The Biwi no. 1 cooks well which keeps her kids from eating out. Veggies like karela and brinjal are despised by all kids usually but this mom finds ways to drop them in her kids’ tummy. She feeds her kids every 3-4 hours so that they don’t crave for junk food and unhealthy snacks.
Karisma adds, “To make them eat uninteresting khaana, I tell them stories while they are eating. I don’t deprive them of anything. So I generally treat them to junk food over the weekend. But I make sure they don’t over-indulge.”
