Not many people know that Pavitra Rishta actress Ankita had auditioned for Anushka Sharma’a role in Sultan opposite superstar Salman Khan. But due to the alleged tiff between Sushant and Aditya Chopra over the former breaking his three-movie deal with Yash Raj Films, the actress wasn’t selected for the role.

Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput met on the sets of television show Pavitra Rishta in 2009 and began dating. Sushant and Ankita were supposed to have tied the knot by the end of this year.
While the couple hasn’t given any official statement as yet, Sushant did confirm that his relation was going through a troubled patch.
